Question Can you tell me about Fast Track?

Hi
Could someone please tell me about fast track. I missed the meeting that they gave them out, but I got the pack yesterday. I don't have a DVD player, so if hte instructions are on the disc I can't get it. All I know is that I can have 20 per day. What about activity points and flexpoints? Id there a specific exercsie routine?
Thanks
Diana

The DVD is just an exercise DVD. The instructions are what you got. You get 20 points a day and only 20 points...no FPs or APs.

I think it depends on the leader, because I've heard a bunch of different things both on the boards, and from people's meetings.

It's geared towards new people or someone who's been on the program a while now who needs a kickstart if they've stalled out. I actually tried it and it did that for me, which was to provide a focus and really keep me aware of what I was doing. Still haven't managed to play the DVD yet! lol. Never seem to have time. Maybe tomorrow!

Thanks ladies,
Just another question. My leader always says that we have to eat all our points or else we will put our bodies in starvation mode. This doesn't jive with the fast track program. Or what do you think? Or maybe that's why it's only for two weeks. Who knows Maybe if I just stuck to the plan better I would do better I'll just try that.

That is exactly why it is done for 2 weeks and only 2 weeks with a minimum of 6 months between.
