Default Weekly food plans for 20 pts?

Hey, chicks!

I'm at a dissadvantage...I only get 20 Target points a day, and I need a structured meal plan to follow. Here lies the problem, all the meal plans i've found (WW magazine) are for somebody who's Target points are 24. I don't just want to cut out 2 snakcs, I want low point meals too. Can anyone post a weekly or daily plan for me?

Do not be afraid to eat your FPs and APs. Use those to get up to 24 a day. Remember there is not a faster weight loss eating just the target points a day usually it ends up being a slower weight loss. However you can get the fast track info if you go to the offical W/W page and it is for 20 points a day.

Kelly , do you usually lose more if you use the FP and AP? I didn't use any last week and I thought I'd be down more. Sometimes people that weigh the same as me lose 2 times what I do. Would you know why?
Thanks
Diana

I find I lose more when I eat every point (TPs + APs + FPs) I am entitled to. Why do some people lose more or less than others...simple----everyone is an individual. Many times we have decreased our metabolism and there are 2 ways to do that and they need to be done together....1) eat your calories/points + 2) exercise. Sometimes we have to deal with some weeks of slow losses, maintains and maybe even a gain or two so we can adjust the metatoblism allowing is to eat more.

Thanks Kel, I've been eating a bit more points these last few days and will keep it up.
Congrats on having lost so much weight already, you're getting close to goal
