Question

Can someone explain how activity points work? I have the slider..but what does it mean? If I do 3 points worth of activity , does that mean I get 3 extra points to eat for my day? Or does it have nothing to do with eating, and you are just supposed to aim for a certain amount of activity points per week? I cant find my book on the excercise.

You can add the activity points to your food point range if you want. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. If you get quite a few activity points, you probably do need to add to the food points just to make sure you are eating enough. I rarely get more than 2 or 3 points a day since I don't enjoy exercise, so I only use the activity points if I need to.
