Arrow Re-Joining Weight Watchers

Hello everyone! I haven't done WW in years, but decided to re-join because I have been at a weight loss Plateau for about 4-5 months.

I started out in October 2014 weighing 323 LBS and today I weigh 230 LBS. My goal weight is 180-185LBS.

I decided to begin at the New Year. I'm excited to re-join the program, from what I can remember I really liked it and never felt deprived.

I wanted to reach out and introduce myself! Hello!

Hi! Me too

It seems as though the WW forum/boards are slow. Are there not many of us out there?

Hey! I feel like these boards were more active a few years ago when I was trying to lose weight. I just re-joined Weight Watchers 11/7/16, so I'm a little over one month in. I'm down about 6-7lbs now. It's a good feeling! I think it does help me to make better food choices. My goal is 130lbs, though I think I would be fine with 140lbs. I haven't weighed 140lbs since high school. We shall see how I feel about it when I get closer.

That is what I did. I wasn't sure where I wanted to be so I sort of set my goal in stages. First, I wanted to get below 200 (I started at 207.4 which is almost the same as you). Then I wanted to get below 175 (taking me out of obese category). Then, I wanted to get below 155 (below my lowest weight post-pregnancy). And, then I wanted to get to 146 (no longer overweight). You can always change the goal as you go along.
