Default Going back to momentum

I am thinking of going back to the momentum plan, I know you calculate calories, fat and fiber, but I can't remember if you calculate no more than 4 grams of fiber or do you calculate the total amount of fiber. On some of the older plans they told us that no matter how much fiber was in a food to calculate no more than 4 grams. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you'd limit it to 4g of fiber. I remember hearing they added that limit because people were finding ways to exploit more fiber and it wasn't beneficial for weight loss.

Thank you I thought so, but I wasn't sure.

Hey Webb - welcome back to momentum. There are a few of us here on it - personally it has always worked better with my body than the points plus or newer plans. I don't know why, and I don't know if it's just something in my head. But I'm with you on momentum and wish you luck! Keep me posted

And yes, calculations max out on the fiber side at 4 grams
