Is there a WW thread for Teens here in 3FC?
 

I am about to recommend 3FC to my teen-age niece who is looking to lose weight and just began WW. I am doing Ideal Protein, myself, and the forum here on 3FC is very helpful - I was hoping I would find some threads that my niece would find informational and motivational with regard to WW, as I have with IP.

Can you recommend some good places for her to hang out here on 3FC for helpful tips to stay on program?

Are there any teens out there on WW who want to start a thread where they can share issues that teens are likely to run into while on WW, and ideas for dealing with difficult diet dilemmas?

I don't know of any threads for teens specifically, or really of any teens over in this section.. but your niece is more than welcome to join any of the threads that we have going.

A daily menu thread just started up, so it could be a good place for recipe ideas. We also have a monthly chat thread... things can move a little slow, but there are a handful of us that post on a fairly regular basis. I'm sure everyone would be happy to try and help, even if we're not the same age a lot of the challenges are somewhat similar when comparing fitting a diet in with work or school.

Your niece may find a better community for her age group on Instagram and Tumblr. Teenagers don't really use message boards like this much anymore - I'm not sure I've seen any post here at all! But maybe some will come forward :)
