I wanted to know if anyone had tried the 3 day juice cleanse while on ww? I guess what I'm asking is will you gain some weight back after the 3 days because when you juice you tend to loose a bit of weight. I plan to stick within my points from the juicing. As far as I know I will have to calculate the points of each individual fruit and vegtable that I juice. If my recipes go over my points for the day I will adjust them. Anyways I just want to know if anyone has any experience or input in this.
