Default Great kitchen tools / appliances

I recently invested in a NuWave oven. It is AMAZING. I cook so much now. Literally a chicken breast from frozen to plate in 20 minutes! Last night I made my spaghetti squash in there. And my favorite is broccoli. I am not one who likes to cook. This makes it so easy, fast and doesn't heat up the kitchen!

My other love is my Ninja!!

What are your must haves in the kitchen?

Since I have been OP, my crockpot is my best friend! I throw the ingredients in, in the a.m. and voila, come 5 p.m. dinner is ready and delicious.

Right now, our Ninja, food scale & portion measuring spoons are my favorites.

I am new to both the Nuwave Oven Pro and the Ninja 3-in-1 cooking system. I'd love any tips, suggestions, or recipes that you all have. (I also have a year-old Vitamix 7500, and am always looking for more uses for it.)

Thanks!

I love my magic bullet to make marinades and smoothies for my little one. I also use my food processor and box grater to incorporate veggies into EVERYTHING.

The one favorite tool I have is my spiral vegetable slicer to make noodles out of veggies or to make curly fries. Use the food processor afterward and you can make veggie rice.

Kitchen appliances I could hardly imagine not having (beyond the basics of toaster oven, microwave):

Vitamix mixer
cuisinart food processor that is 18 years old and gets used at least 2 times a week, often times more
Marinator - great for quickly marinating meat which is awesome nearly year round

I also love my mixer, but that's for making things for OTHER people - not me!

The things I use most in my kitchen are my George Forman grill and microwave. The George Forman grill is great because it really cuts down on the fat in things.
