Default WW- What's for Supper?

Hi all, I figured I'd make a new thread.

Tonight's supper was a cauli-potato soup with roasted corn and green beans topped with 1 oz colby jack cheese and 1 oz ham. I was gonna have a French bread boule with it but I decided I'd save it for tomorrow's lunch since I already had an Arby's melt and a jamocha shake for lunch (...ok and a couple of BF's curly fries too!)

Asian skillet shrimp with snap peas and brown rice. Got the recipe from WW online. Delicious tastes like from Chinese restaurant.

Sounds really good. I love stir-fries and things like that.

Tonight will be a black bean and cauli-rice with some mix of green salsa verde and greek yogurt then baked with cheese and black olives on top. Grilled steak on the side.

Tonigt is taco night. Shredded chix breast, black beans, L, T, O. cheese, avacado. No more than 2 shells. One of my larger point dinners but if I skip a week I end up in Taco Bell doing more damage!

I splurged last night and had a few slices of gluten free pizza at mellow mushroom. Back to cooking tonight. Turkey burger is the meat but not sure what else I will have.

I love tacos too! Have you ever tried fish tacos? That's "next" on my to try list.

Today I'm eating the leftover shrimp meal from yesterday. It served 4. Hubby ate 2 servings as his serving yesterday. That leaves me with one, and he is going out tonight, so no worries.

I did not feel like cooking tonight, so I had corn chips with shredded cheese. It's really too late to be eating a real meal. Feeling a little defeated, but I took too long of a nap.

Last night I made macaroni and cheese with loads of broccoli and some diced smoked sausage.

The homemade cheese sauce was a bit wet then inspired me to try making a sort of cheese soup with broccoli and cauliflower for a sort of potato and cheese soup with broccoli, perhaps some crumbed bacon pieces and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt too? Mmm. I better make some before it gets too hot!

Turkey and Cheddar cheese over corn chips. Didn't feel like cooking much.

Still sounds good, DBA. I had homemade pizza again with a ton of veggies and just a few pepperoni slices.

If you like cream cheese, you should try to homemade crust I posted in an earlier post. I swear it tastes better every time I make it, either that or I just have a taste for it.
