Hi everyone! I have been lurking and reading but haven't been posting at all since last year, been having a hard time in my personal life BUT I am not going to let that derail me. I want to make goal before May so I signed up for my first race, a 5k on 5/10/14. I am so excited, I have been training on my treadmill the last 2 weeks and plan to start outside this week, weather permitting. I am a walker, I was walking up to 5 miles 2-3 times a week last year and I have never enjoyed running so I plan to do it and see if I will enjoy it now, lol.
