February WW Goals

  • Here is a place to post your daily weigh ins and list your goals for the month. My goal is 5 lbs.

    SW 2/1-193.3
    GW- 188

    2/7- 186.7 <--- Not sure if this will stick, but hope it will.

    Pounds until lifetime- 23.7 currently <3 (Was at goal, can get there again!)

    Exercise Goals- Gym 2x a week for now!

  • Wow! It's February already! Here we go!

    My goal is to lose 7lbs and be at 234.4!

    Start Weight: 241.4

    2/7: 240.2, -1.2
    2/14: 238.4, -1.8
    2/21: 237.4 -1.0

  • Not sure how it's February already. (Wasn't it Christmas....yesterday?) I'm shooting for 7 lbs down.

  • 2/4 290.2 2 fitness classes and meals prepped
    2/11 288.8 and 4 fitness classes and meals prepped
    2/18 290. 3 fitness classes but TOM
    2/25 288.6 no classes had to go out of town for work for 1 week

    Goals: meal prep consistently every weekend, go to at least 3 fitness classes at the y per week, lose at least 5 pounds this month.

    I got lazy about visiting 3fc over the past two months. I've still been losing (with a little stall over the holidays). Here to give and get support again.

    goal for this month is 4lbs.
