I've lost 74 pounds without exercising and haven't used any of my weekly points for the whole time. Except this week of course because it was the holidays, but I don't like the idea of using them even though it's part of WW. I will be exercising very soon, I love swimming so I want to get into that just so I can be that much healthier.
