SO this is three weeks in a row now I've lost 4 pounds, and while I'm THRILLED I hate those warnings you get online about "you are losing too fast... slow down your weight loss".
Here's the thing.. I don't WANT to slow down. I'm eating all my daily points and most of my weeklies... in fact, last week I also ate 11 activity points. I'm getting my fruits and veggies in (thanks Bountiful Baskets!) and eating whole grains and drinking water and exercising and doing it all right.. I don't want to be scolded!
Do you take them seriously at all? If I'm eating right and exercising and feeling great, is it really that much of a crime to lose 4 pounds a week?
