I had 2 days where I ate quite a bit of WP and was up - of course. I also had a ton of sodium. After day 1, scale is up, after day two, scale is down (but still at the high end of my pendulum here) and day 3, I eat only my DP and I make healthy choices and this morning, scale is a little up.
Grrr. Go. Down. Already.
I parked in the far lot this morning to have a 10 minute walk through the rain instead of a 30 second walk. I'll repeat that walk another 3 times minimum today.
