The only reason
I'm not over eating today is because my weight in & meeting. I got Friday. I just joined last week. I've done WW in the past. It really works for me because I do not like the idea of showing up, weighing in and having a gain (due to not staying on plan) I like the thught of being "praised" for my work, and not have to face someone and say I didn't do well.
Otherwise, I'd sooo be over eating whatever I want today. I'm home with the kids and I am so tempted to keep grazing in the kitchen, it wards off bordem and stress....
I'll be glad Friday. Hope I lost, I stayed in track all week.
