Yes no big deal right? Because I am kind of new to WW, like 6 months..and because I was overweight and dont ever want to go back there, I am skittish about eating bad things. I basically have been eating ALL health food for about 6 months..and I dont have major cravings for sugar etc..I pretty much eliminated almost all sugar out of my diet! I enjoy eating what I eat!
I know that you can eat things like this in moderation on WW as long as you count it in your points and even in general- for someone whos not on WW
You gain weight from not eating sugar (even though its bad for you) or carbs, its the excess amount of carbs and sugar you eat that leads to weight gain! So really I shouldnt feel bad about eating the 1/2 cup of ice cream right? BAHAHAH I think I just want someone to say its good and I wont gain a pound!
1/2 cup was 3 points and I checked and there was no high fructose corn syrup, which is great! I rarely eat junk so I shouldnt be so hard on myself!!
