Fall is FOR SURE the best season to get into a routine... I have had no problem working out in the winter, thanks to a handy dandy poor girl gym set up we have in our spare room. The gym consists of a janky treadmill I got off Craigslist for $50, a yoga ball, some free weights, a mirror, a yoga mat, and a stereo that plugs into my laptop to listen to music really loud or listen to a work out dvd really loud.
PLus, the beauty of the fall workout season is you have less interruptions. Its like BOOM summer is back. Humidity is the only thing that stops me. Its my kryptonite.
