I don't think it's stupid. It sounds like the popular adage that you have to be starving and miserable to be losing weight, which isn't at all true. Does that at all ring a bell?
I don't do weight watchers, but from what I recall if you are not exceeding your points allotment then you are bound to lose weight, right? So what if you use the next couple of weigh-ins to reassure yourself that you CAN eat 3 meals + snacks every day and lose weight?
