Activity points - Should I be using them?
Hey y'all! I've been very active the past few weeks and just got back on plan about a week ago. My question is for activity points -- should I be eating more than my allotted daily points and swapping for activity points? I am concerned that even with eating my normal points (around 35/day) I might be taking in TOO few calories for the amount I am burning. Any input is appreciated!

I never use all of them, but they are nice to have around.
