I must have a metabolism that's fast for my size. I started to lose weight with weight watchers again and I lost over 2kg in my first week and I was starting to feel tired all the time, even though I was eating up all my points. I was wondering why I was getting tired and I had a snack even though I didn't have enough points for it and started to feel better. It's a relief that I can adjust my daily points allowance higher. When I did weight watchers in the past I had a similar problem with losing 1.5kgs a week.
