Hello fellow WW'ers! I have a question about the Activity Tracker. I do Walk Away the Pounds DVDs and I'm not quite sure to how to track that. For those that don't know what it is - it's power walking DVDs but also incorporates some aerobics moves and weights, so I don't think I would categorize it as regular walking. The DVD that I did today was 3 miles in 45 minutes. I saw the option of "race walking" but I'm not quite sure what that is.
I use the online version... but playing around with it a bit more it seems you can go into the "Videos" section and there is actually several of the Walk Away the Pounds videos, and then just adjust the minutes and it calculated the points.
