Strength Training and Activity Points
I tried to search this forum for my answer but didn't find anything. Does anyone here do strength/weight training and if so, how do you track your activity points?
Currently, I'm following the New Rules of Lifting for Women program. So for example with an exercise like squats I do 2 sets of 15 reps each. But the activity points for squats are calculated by minutes-not reps. Each strength training session I do is about 30 minutes (with a mix of exercises for the legs, back, chest, arms). I just haven't been tracking these days because I don't want to calculate wrong. Help!
