Default Fage fat free yogurt!

Get the individual serving of Fage Fat free yogurt, stir in one packet of ranch dressing seasoning!

2 pp+! Totally yummy! And it's a lot!

Feel free to dip your veggies!

Yum!! I do this with LF (FF if you prefer) cottage cheese too. The 1lb dry ranch seasoning by Hidden Valley from Sam's Club lasts me a long time! Love it.

Is it plain yogurt? Or vanilla? I wouldn't be able to bring myself to mix vanilla yogurt with ranch. I've never seen plain Fage in my store, but I have seen plain Chobani.

Oh,I hope it was plain!!! I pretty much use Fage' 0% as a substitute for anything that calls for sour cream. For dips, I've used it to make onion dip. Came out great.

I figured this out last week. So the chemicals are not so great but the extra protein is!

Pampered Chef has a new Three Onion Seasoning Rub that is Ah-Mazing! I like it better than any other onion mix I have tried. I will definitely be trying the greek yogurt with the Three Onion Rub this week!

Wow--An individual serving of yogurt with one packet of mix?? That's ALOT of spices for a single serving. When we make dip we usually do 16 Oz sour cream, so I got a 16 Oz container of Chobani 0%. It's 6PP for the whole container. I had 1/2 C. for 2PP, but it was too much dip. Next time I will do 1/4 C. for 1PP plus my 0PP veggies. It was super yummy! I just can't imagine a whole package of dip mix in a single container of yogurt...

I know it may seem like a lot but on those days when I am coming up short on my protein goals. I mix flavored protein powder into a a single serving and top with fresh fruit depending how much you mix in (Max I have put in is half a scoop) its up to 30g of protein. I like Jay Robb's - Whey Protein Shake - Tropical Dreamsicle with fresh pineapple and granola.
