Default Can't...stop...eating.....

Make me stop! HA HA!!!!!

I have been working out harder then ever and I am HUNGRY all of the time! I sure wish I liked Vegetables !!!!

Anyone else do this...one more bite...oh wait just one more....Finally put gum in????

I also find myself eating bad stuff at the end of the day if I have points left! That can't be good!

For some reason, some nights, I go on a binge RIGHT before I go to bed. I just eat, then pass out.

I like fruits better than vegetables, but I will eat veggies. I like bell peppers and celery with hummus. Cucumbers in vinegar. Baby carrots with Better 'n PB. Mmmmmm...

Try high protein snacks before and after your workouts. I googled "pre-work out/post work out snacks" when I was working out.

Keep whole fat dairy or nuts in the house. If you have extra points at the end of the grab, grab one of those choices.

You are right, but I can control myself for 2-3 days and again I do the same old things and I need a permanent solution for this habit of mine. Help me on this....

It is really about living your life 80-20. 80% of the time you need to eat right and exercise. 20% of the time you can let go and splurge. Then you need to get back on the healthy eating bandwagon. No one is going to be perfect all the time, so give yourself some leeway and then start eating well again.
