Yes it does, and I'm quite impressed. While I am super stoked with my results, I'm actually surprised since I had breakfast and coffee before weighing in and my husband and I had gone out to eat the night before. The good weigh-in is motivating me to do well this week.

Don't be discouraged if you don't lose as much the second week. That happened to me the first time I did WW and again this time around. Just keep in mind an average loss is between 1-2 lbs a week.

Thanks for the reminder. I have tried to lose weight before and know that the first week is usually the best. I guess I just didn't expect my first week to be that good (considering what I said before).

Hello, today is my 3rd day on w/w and I can say that I have been eating right and on target w/points. About an hour ago I had a very strong urge suddenly for something sweet and gave in to a chocolate cup cake(w/o frosting) and reached my points on the nose. I'm afraid that It may be the beginning of why I've failed at this before. I hope that didn't set me back b/c I was actually feeling pretty good. I will post again later in a week. I am determined to lose this time and not quit.

pumpkin2: Keep low point sweets in the house if you can stand having them around. I like Fiber One Brownies (I think they're 3PP each), Skinny Cow Ice Cream (depending on the variety it's usually 4PP each), Skinny Cow Chocolate, Fiber Plus chewy bars, etc. I like Fiber Plus Caramel Coconut Fudge, they taste like Caramel Delite Girl Scout Cookies!---WELLL, the rest of the world calls them Samoas.
And when I don't have something sweet in the house, but I am craving it, I bake! I look up recipes from skinnytaste.com and I go at it!
