I lost 3.8 for the month. Not what I wanted but at least it wasn't a gain.

I'd like to join. The accountability seems to really be helping and be motivation for me. I weigh in on Thursday's and try not to weigh myself too much outside of that.

I periodically weight during the week in the mornings, but I try not to get too crazy about it. Most of the time I don't remember what I weighed besides my officially WI days!

I would love that, but I think my 1.6 lb loss would be a miracle! I generally either only lose 0.5 lbs or gain 0.5 after a great week like I had. But thank you!!!!!

It was a thought! Maybe 2 weeks? Haha. I remember when I hit 199, I was so excited. I remember saying I would never see the 200s again...and now look at me.

I know how you feel!! I lost 35 lbs about 3 years ago and once I hit 198, I stopped trying. At this point I am frustrated with myself for gaining 23 lbs of it back, but at least I'm really trying this time. This time we will both stick with it!!

Oh and I weighed myself this morning and it looks like I've only lost .2, if I lose that 1.6, I'll be super lucky! But it will be worth the weight to get back down to 199!!
