I counted it up and today is 17 months of maintaining a 58 pound loss with WW!

And it's Friday! YAY!

Thank you!

I still go to meetings every week and track, and I hit the gym 3 times a week for strength training and walk/run outside twice a week, Nebraska weather permitting.
