Has anyone actually tried these things in conjunction with WW? I have to admit, I just bought a bottle. Interested to see how it goes.

Hi there, I started my weight loss journey on Jan 2nd of this year..and as of Feb 2 I have lost 15 pounds(213lbs to 198lbs) I have just been watching what I eat and I take the raspberry ketones(2 pills per day as per the instructions) I cant say for sure if they have aided in my weight loss..but I can say they havent hurt it in anyway..ive had no side effects whats so ever..other then when I burp its tastes like raspberries lol good luck

Wow, whos that girl! That is incredible. I'm hoping this helps. I lose on WW, but it is so painfully slow. I'm not super overweight, but I am not happy with the way I look. And I workout a lot - yoga a couple of times a week, plus I'm training for a 1/2 marathon. Maybe this will kick it up a notch.
