How was the weekend? How did Thanksgiving go for those in the US area?

OMG! I managed to lose around 4lb this week! Actually, it was during 2 weeks, cause I didn't weigh myself last week. I was too scarred... lol I'm proud of myself... And glad that we don't have Thanksgiving here! lol

I'm going to travel next week til Christmas eve, so i don' think I"ll be 100% committed to WW. I just hope I lose 5lb more til New Year's. Let's see!

That is awesome! I'm so proud of you, too b/c you so changed your attitude! (Then your weight changed. ) Enjoy that.

Can you use WW Mobile while you're travelling? That might be a good way to see those next 5 come off while you're out and about.

I was down .4, which I am super grateful for considering I did have the big multi-day family extravaganza for Thanksgiving!

Thanks, Heidi! Congrats to you too, it's really hard losing weight during Thanksgiving!

I don't have access to WW Mobile, WW here in Brazil is very limited... I'm gonna try to write down the things I eat, and exercise a bit. I'll be happy if I don't gain any weight. lol

Unfortunately, I think I am going to have to drop out of the challenge. I haven't been going to my meetings because my husband had a stroke while we were on vacation in Las Vegas. I am losing weight because I just don't have an appetite.

Oh my gosh, Judy - that is terrible! I am so sorry - I can't imagine the shock and grief you are feeling. I hope that your husband can have some recovery.
