breakfast:
english muffin 3
veggie ham/soy cheese 2
a bit of egg beater

snack after working out:
quaker corn bran 2

part of a zone bar 3

lunch:
amy's pizza thingie 5
greek salad /hold the cheese 2

snack:
coffee
orange (yum) 1

dinner:
chicken with artichokes and preserved lemons
couscous
asparagus

exercise: 35 min elliptical/dog putter
maybe another putter?
water: si,si
