AustinGal- are you having problems lately too? My grandma passed away last week and between that and other stress I ended up having 3 days that were more than 100 pts. I also missed 3 days at the gym, and tomorrow is my meeting. I don't have to weigh in, but I think I will just to see what damage has been done to my poor body! I felt physically ill I ate so much- but kept going anyway.
I am ready to be back on track!!!!
