I weighed in today I was up .08 I'm not too upset, just that slight letdown you get when you don't see a loss. I worked out extra hard last week so I suppose I got some benefit from that. Onward!
I gained .5lbs this week and I was disappointed, especially since I added more exercise to my routine. I "feel" lighter and I know I'm doing what I need to do. You probably feel the same way - just remember that your doing a great job and keep pushing forward! Your hard work will pay off!
I was up the week before .8, but I counted my points, I tracked my food, I did just about everything I was suppose to and had a big loss this week. Hang in there.
