Ugghh I'm short changing myself this week by a whole day! I have to weigh in today at noon instead of tomorrow morning. I got on the scale and I'm up 1 lb
so I'm already bummed out! Although, i am getting TOM on Sunday so I'm hoping that it's retention which I'm sure it is. I've pretty much lost every week except this week. I'm going out for the Red Sox this afternoon so i know i will be bloated for my normal weigh in tomorrow. I just hate to see the booklet up a lb.
Makes me want to do extra good today during the game and not have too much to eat/and especially drink for next weeks weigh in!!
