Default Down 20 pounds but have plateaued

I've been doing the weightwatchers online thing for about 2 months now. havent missed 1 day of tracking yet. I am down almost 20 pounds from 210 to 190. However, I seem to have plateaued as I havent really lost any weight the past 3 weeks or so.

I know this is normal...I just want to know what suggestions, if any, people have to help break through this plateau. thanks!

I used to do WW when I was about fifteen (I'm 23 now, so I've been fat awhile!) and I remember that back then you had to lower your points as you lost weight. Have you adjusted your points? I don't know how many you're having now but perhaps 1 or 2 less might fix the issue? Sorry I can't be of more help!

My piece of advice is: stop looking at the scale for some time, and keep going. I plateaued for a month. One day I started to lose again, and then stopped again... But never left my plan. I am losing very slowly now, less than a pound a week, but I keep at it. Do that: go for a healthy lifestyle, and in the long run you will get at the weight you want. We are here because our bodies like storing fat, so imagine what it is for them to let it go! Keep strong, eat right, exercise, and forget the scale. Good luck!

Try cycling your points a bit. One week eat all your APs, the next week eat none (or weeklies if you dont have APs). Kinda like calorie cycling. It helps shake up your metabolism and bust plateaus.
And what Amy said...you should have dropped two points when you went from 210 to 190.
If you are exercising try changing up your routine a bit.
Good luck! You are off to an amazing start!

Also, if you're exercising, try something else! That can make a huge difference. Maybe some intense circuit training.
