I take nician because my dr recommended I use it to suppliment my closteral drug. I take 1000 mg of no flush and in the year I have been on it I have never noticed a gain or lack of energy
That's what I'm taking it for, I'm not sure what my cholesterol is now, but it was high about 6 months ago. I'm pretty sure it's normal now, but still wanted to reduce the cholesterol and fat in my blood.
Niacin is a great drug that does help in conjunction with cholesterol meds. I got my husband on it about 2 years ago and we have seen his number come down with the addition of Niacin. He said he has not had any change in his energy levels but does feel better taking it.
