I have rough mornings as well trying to get two kids, a husband and myself out the door and my kids have to go to different places all by 7:30. Whew!
I love crock pot steel cut oats with some cinnamon, tad brown sugar or sugar substitute if you prefer, and apples. I believe there are recipes on WW site or all over the web. Fritattas and quiches can be made in advanced and reheated.
Losing just a bit can help so much. Even 10 pounds ago I could really feel it in my ankles. They just hurt all the time, even when going
downstairs. After 10 pounds, I've lost that achiness.
