Hi everyone! My goal for March is going to be to lose 4 lbs. That's 1lb per week to get down to 145 my UGW! I weigh in on Fridays now.

Hi! I'd like to lose 10lbs this month (I'm in a lost 10lbs by April 1st challenge in another section of the forum) though realistically I'd be thrilled with an 8lb loss.
CW: 242.4
End of week 1, March 3: 241.3 (-1.1)
End of week 2, March 10: 240.4 (-.09)
I'm realizing my body will lose what it wants to when it wants to so rather than setting a target per week, my goal we be to lose as much as possible by:
Eating 26 points per day
drinking all my water
exercising 30 min/day 5 days/week
OK. I'm not-so-secretly hoping that equals an average of 2 lbs/week and brings me from CW 214.4 to 206 in any combination that equals 8! (or 9 to bring me to a nice even 20 pounds, which sounds like so much more that 19!)
My weigh in is tomorrow. I didn't do the walking 3x this week, but plan on starting this coming full week of march. Gosh, I can't believe it is March. =o) 3 more months until summer, so exciting.
Exercise: 6 days on the treadmill. Trying to get to a 15 minute mile. Almost there!

(only got 3 in this week but added weights, stationary bike and swimming. Thanks YMCA!)
Other: Going to try to eat all my AP's again this week, and not touch my weeklies. Worked last week, so hopefully it will again!

I weigh in again tomorrow, hoping for 239 but will probably not make it. I had a bad week, hurt my leg and couldn't exercise!
ETA: I suppose I should just update my original post like everyone else is doing...sorry! lol
I have been completely on plan this week and the scale is not showing it. I just really want to not hover around 200 for too long. 198 was where I hit a stall last time. I'm going to keep on though. I only have 36 more pounds to lose and have every intention of making goal this year. I have 9 months, so that's around 4 lbs a month.
