I'm late out of the gate, but I'd like to voice my goal anyway! I've been losing and gaining the same lbs for I don't even know how long. I'd just like to get under 130 by the end of the month (and STAY there)
2/24 (for some perspective- this was a gain from the previous week) 134.8
3/2 - 130.4
3/8 - 131.4
We are coming to the close of another fabulous week. I don't know what I will show tomorrow, but I am proud to say I stayed on plan and worked out twice this week. Yipee. SUCCESS =oD no matter what the scale says.
woot! Under 130. Now let's see if I can stay there. Going to NY for a week to visit mom & friends... that's always a challenge! But I have scheduled lots of activity to counteract the delicious eats.
I forgot to post last week so I am playing catch up, I keep losing and gaining the same 1lbs...don't think I am going to make that 6lb goal this month but thats ok

Thought I'd have no loss this week, but there it is! Down 2lbs, and at the lowest weight I've been at in about 10 years. Sometimes I can't believe this is really working!
Exercise: 6 days on the treadmill. Trying to get to a 15 minute mile. Almost there!
(got 5 in!)
(only got 3 in this week but added weights, stationary bike and swimming. Thanks YMCA!)
Other: Going to try to eat all my AP's again this week, and not touch my weeklies. Worked last week, so hopefully it will again!
dangit, went up this week... seems to be an almost unbreakable pattern! Also, I am on spring break and in New York for the week. That always wreaks a bit of havoc on my eating, but at least I've still been exercising. I am still pretty close to my goal of being under 130 at the end of the month, so we'll see... hopefully I can recover by this week's weigh-in!!!

Allriiiight! I managed my goal to end the month under 130!! I am hoping that i can now consider 130 my ceiling, meaning I won't go above that ever again. I just need a few more good weeks behind me to get a little further away from there!!
