I seem to be losing a lot of weight so far. We'll see the total on Wednesday. Usually I weigh in 4-6 pounds heavier at night and last weeks weigh in was 238.4, tonight I weighed in at about 6:00 and I was down to 237.4, so I'm assuming I weigh less than that in the mornings (my official weigh in time 10:00am), which is when I officially weigh in. Looking good so far, hopefully it keeps dropping! <3

I'm curious to see how you do, also. I never eat my AP, and usually eat about 10-20 weeklies. Last week I exercised more and ate less weeklies, and lost the same amount as the week before, so that was kinda disappointing! I'd be more than happy to eat more if it works.

I don't know that I'll drop a drastic amount the first week, but what I've heard is a lot of people gain a little the first week and drop a huge number the next week. Gonna be so mad at myself if I eat all this and don't lose. HAH! Had to test it though.

Lost 1 pound this week, which isn't what I normally lose, but everyone has said they usually have one "ok" week and then drop a big number. I'll let you all know next Wednesday.

OH WAIT! Just kidding, I'm down 2 this week. I was thinking I was at 237.4 last week but was at 238.4. WHOOOOOOO!

You may also lose weight cyclically. Many women do so your experiment might not mean much. A lot of women will hold onto weight for part of their monthly cycle and then lose at other times. Plus, sodium intake, exercise water weight, etc can all play into if you lose more or less in a given time.
I guess I'm pretty extreme in my cycles so I always get cautious when people want to draw conclusions where I couldn't draw those conclusions for myself. I only show losses on the scale from post ovulation to the start of menstruation - so about 10 days a month. Otherwise, I bounce around the same weight all month long - gaining and losing the same 2 pounds or so.

Well I'm one week in and after two weeks of not losing I lost 2 lbs. I'm not sure if it's the strictly sticking to daily points or just a whoosh I will know more as lent progresses.

Please do! Mine seems to be the same whether I eat all my points or none so far (and if that's the case, I'm going to continue to eat all of them! hah), but I will report back on Wednesday and let you all know what happened this week.
I'm very blessed with not having my cycle affect me. I think it would affect me if I ate like I used to (lots of chocolate) but after starting eating healthily I have no more sugar cravings that time of month.

Just wanted to update everyone. Since I started eating only my dailies with none of the weeklies and none of the activities I have lost 4.6 lbs. It's been 2 weeks. That's relatively unheard of for me. So far I'm pretty pleased with the results and though I wasn't on a serious plateau per se, my results hadn't been coming the way I wanted them to and this may have gotten me going in the right direction.

Update:
After 2 weeks of eating all of my dailies, activities and weeklies I dropped:
2 pounds the first week and 4 this week!
WHOO HOO!
I'm losing WAY more eating all of my points.
CLEARLY it varies from person to person if @moviegrl1737 is doing better on her only eating dailies.

Congrats!!! Currently I am eating my dailies and one or 2 of my weeklies if I really need them. I hope I have a loss this week, my first weigh in is Sunday.

I seem to do better when i eat only my dailies. I never touch my AP's, and i try not to use my weeklies. The only reason i did that was because i had gotten sloppy with my tracking *slaps hands*. And beleive me, i am only cheating myself by NOT tracking. Tracking is so important, but its the one aspect i struggle to do daily. I figure when i do track and i mess up on something i calculated, i was off on a proportion somewhere, then those points i didnt use will soak it up. Atleast thats my theory lol. Whatever im doing its working out ok, and i am happy with the pace. Never been happier ever in my life... and sometimes i forget where ive gotten to in this last year. I do have to keep reminding myself it is working and to be patient...

I think that eating your Weeklies will help, but only if you do it as a "cycling" type thing. When I lost weight on WW in the past, I did the "Wendy Plan", which in essence is just calorie shifting. It seemed to work for me because my body never got used to how many calories it was going to get. I would steadily lose 2-4 lbs a week doing this, but I did trach every morsel that went into my mouth! Glad you found something that works OP!

I almost always eat all my dailies, at least within a point or two. Last week I switched up and ate all of my activity points...but only on the day that I earned them. And I didnt touch my weeklies. I ended on a 6.2 lb loss, my highest yet. Could be a fluke, but I'm doing the same this week, so I'll see.
If it works again I'll stick with this plan until I hit some kind of plateau, then I'll switch it up.

I lose more if I eat most of my weeklies. I tried eating none of them and I was constantly starving and lost less weight at weigh-in. I never eat my APs.
