it's really hard when you weigh yourself on a daily basis (I know BTDT) and when you flex your points like that you will have a gain. Good luck on your cleanse

well weighed again this morning and im down 3lbs haha so technically ive still lost 2lbs , i must have been holding water yesterday ???

Not always, no. I would imagine it varies from person to person. I've used the Wendie Plan (or calorie cycling, or whatever you want to call it) several times, and I've always seen a loss whenever I did it.
