Default I finally GET it!

Hey everyone! Today I (officially) made my halfway-to-goal 31 pounds off...and it's really all because I finally ~get WW. I never went to any meetings, never got any welcome pamphlets...and even asking the 3FC community about my pointsplus values (and how I wasn't getting there every day) still wasn't enough to get it through this thick skull! I NEED to be at or near my daily PP goal in order to lose weight! Duh...

I became really frustrated with the whole system after I moved across the country, and with all that stress and frustration building up I stopped tracking from September through December. Luckily, though, I learned enough good habits that I was able to slowly continue losing throughout that break.

Starting back up on WW two weeks ago has been very effective. I've changed my habits from eating 60% out 40% in to all meals made at home except for special occasions, track every single thing that goes into my mouth (even if I am gonna go over!) and mostly back off of sodas. I am now 1.8 pounds away from Onederland, something I haven't seen since...maybe 2008? Maybe before?!? so it's so exciting! I keep having to share about it, so thank the internet gods for 3fc! You are all so supportive and wonderful. I wish everyone the best and if you have any questions or suggestions please do share!

Congrats! I'm sure your next weigh-in will start with a 1! (For the record, I'm a little jealous! But I hope to join you there by the end of the year!)

Congratulations! You must be so proud of yourself. It's such a wonderful feeling when you realize that what you are doing is working and you’re doing it the healthy way, instead of crash dieting. It really is a lifestyle change, and it’s less likely that you’ll regain any of your weight loss. I was sooo happy when I hit the 199, I bet you can’t wait! Keep it up!
