Default On Weight Watchers Point Plus how do I figure out how many points i need????

I joined 2 weeks ago and and going to go to the meetings the 1st month but Im going to cancel my monthly pass after next month bc I just cant afford to pay an extra $42 a month. But i plan to stick to it 100%.

So how do I calculate my points when I lose weight everytime I lose weight? I know your PP target changes as you lose so how do I figure that out??

Thanks for the help

You can choose to do several things:

A) Stick with just Online Only. It's much cheaper than the monthly pass, and you'll have no problems looking up foods/staying up to date on how many points you need.

B) You might want to look into the PointsPlus Calculator with Daily & Weekly PointsPlus Tracker. It not only calculates Points for foods, but also keeps track of your Daily & Weekly Points. Just update the information as your weight changes and it'll give out the new Daily number.
