Default Started WW today.

I'm doing it at home and tying it out before I join in March.

So far so good but it does make planing a bit hard after looking at just calories for a bit.

Wish me luck, and share your best tips

It does take a bit to get the hang of it, but it soon becomes very easy!

Good luck! At first I thought it was more difficult to actually have to calculate it, but after I tried it, I found it easier, because there were foods that didn't need counting at all, and more that I ate regularly, and had the points memorized for.

You'll get the hang of it very quickly!

I wish you the best. Last time I was on WW I discovered their seasonal magazine-like cookbooks called "Five Ingredient, 15 Minute Recipes". They are very easy (and very quick) recipes, with the points already calculated. You can find them on your local magazine rack. They cost a bit more than the avergae magazine ($10-15 each, I think), but are well worth it. Good luck!

Best of wishes!

It takes a couple weeks to find the right groove, but once you get into it, it'll be...well... groovy!

Keep at it, and hope to see you around the boards
