Default sweet potato fries?

How many points is it for a restaurant size serving of sweet potato fries? I'm assuming they are fried and not baked...can't find it in my books/online tracker...

That's a really tough one. Are you getting them from a restaurant or making them your own? I found one recipe for 4 pts. At a restaurant in my area, it's 19 points per serving. So it really depends on the restaurant and how they prepare them. I imagine you can prepare them healthily yourself, without adding sugar and baking them instead of frying them.

It can vary a bit. Like I believe (could be wrong!) at Ruby Tuesday's it's 9 pp, at Perkin's it's 13 pp, at Outback it's 12 pp. It would be so much easier if every restaurant had nutritional info - so at least you could track your choices accurately.

thanks guys...the restaurant does fry them, but I'm only planning on eating half of a serving, I was thinking it would be about 8-10pp for it
