Hi - I have had success with weight watchers in the past before points plus. I've heard some positive and negative things about points plus but was wondering what tweaks were made to the system in 2012?
Not really anything changed - the minimum daily points target is lower and some of the points of items changed because the FDA nutritional information changed. Otherwise, it works exactly as it did before.
