I just totally blew it this weekend...had my sister for the weekend and lots to do and just totally blew it all weekend...I know I have some AP's today for all the walking I did taking my sister shopping...but still
I blew yesterday (70 pts)! I went through WPs and part of my APs! But it was a family member's b-day. It was the only time I cheated all week.

I think it's most important to be able to have those "blown" days and be able to pick right back up the next day and get right back into it. That is more of a sign of being on the right track since it is so much easier to blow it and then just continue making bad choices.
Start today anew and get right back on it!!!

Don't give up, sunflower-lady I have heard of people who found in the past that those little accidental splurges can kick-start your metabolism again and as long as you stay strong and stick to plan the rest of the week, you will still lose ^_^ Don't lose your mojo - just start a fresh and carry on.
