Default This time I WILL be successful!

I rejoined weight watchers yesterday, I knew I had gained but I had no idea how much. Walking into the meeting I was so nervous my heart was racing and I just wanted to turn around and run BUT when I walked in there was the most friendly, encouraging person standing there greeting me I felt instantly welcomed and to my surprise she was the leader. I all the times I have done weight watchers I have never had such a wonderful leader. I know I will be successful this time. I am so pumped!!!!
Bring it on I am ready!!!!

Someone positive and friendly being there for you really helps!!! I don't go to meetings, but we do "Biggest Loser" at school (I'm a teacher) and it's been SOOOOOO helpful that our "Coach" is the most encouraging person!!! She's always got positive things to say when she sees us in the hall....She'll even take food out of our hands if we shouldn't have it (LOL Really...she took a donut out of a "loser"'s hands one day so that she couldn't eat it) and is always saying how great I'm looking and to keep it up. It's been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO helpful with continuing my journey! This is the longest I've been able to stay with it without having my mom there to cook for me (I've been at it since October 3).

Keep your positive attitude!

Wink

That's great that you are so excited and motivated- AWESOME! Way to go!

You can do this!

Something I find that motivates me is a book from Weight Watchers, called "A Shot In The Arm" by Sharon Lee Riguzzi, a daily dose of motivation for your weight-loss journey. It's a great, powerful little book, just an idea!
