Default Weight Watchers for Men

Does anyone have a SO (or you yourself) doing WW for men? Is the material exactly the same as for women? Could someone tell me how many points by hubby would get (he weighs 300 and is 6'2"). I would just have him join but I am out of work right now, so could really use the free help. Thanks!

My husband is doing WW and has lost 60 pounds. He is close to goal now and weighs about 193 or so and I think he gets 35 points. I don't have the new calculator so can't calculate how many points your husband would get. Except for the fact that DH gets more points than I do, the program is the same for him.

Check your area to see if they have free registration now. If they do he could join and go once and get the materials and buy the calculator so he could keep track of how many points he gets even if he didn't continue with the meetings.

You can buy a WW calculator on amazon. If you can't afford to join the program, I recommend at least buying this. It will calculate and keep track of his daily and weekly points.
