That is not OP because you haven't gotten in your 9 GHGs!

In the beginning when I started on WW, I didn't focus on the GHG. I think any amount of planning ahead to start and noticing the Points of the foods is a good thing.

I still considered those days on plan. Because that was the plan for those days.

Mom2My3 - You might be interested in the threads about posting your daily plans. Here's a link to this week's. They're started up each week for those who want to share their daily intake with other members and stay on track. Not only is it a great place to join in, but it'll give you ideas about the kinds of foods others are eating.

I am doing the momentum program. I "think" i am pretty close to my GHG

Water: I have already had 9 glasses
F&V: almost 5 servings (apple, 2 salad, almost 2 veggie for dinner)
Dairy: needs a little work but I did have a slice of cheese on my sandwich)
Oils: salad and veggies.
Whole grain: sandwich bread from TJ's with flax seed

I did change things up a bit I added a 4 point grilled cheese (1 point bread, 2 point cheese, 1 point mayo with olive oil) to my lunch with my daughter and but the dressing in half for my slaw (which was a homemade sauce from a momentum cookbook)

GHG is shortcut for Good Health Guidelines. They still apply to Momentum. Basically, to drink enough water...to get in the right number of fruits and vegetables a day... to have your daily oils in order to get healthy fats into your system.

GHG is there to make sure that we're mindful of what we're eating, and that our Points are used for healthier choices.

I believe Mom2My3 is using Momentum. You are correct that on the PP plan apples are 0 Points.

Hi guys join online WW for the first time. I've been a member in the pass (going to meetings)playing with the same 5 to 7 pounds but never exercised this time, I'm tired. I use to be on Medifast a carb control diet lost the weight but gained it all back. Now, I'm trying something different I'm on the WW point Plus. WW started me off at 30 but I think I'm going to use about 25 and control my Carb intake. Any advice to share for a new comer?
