Default Thought I overate yesterday

I think Im "in love" with weight watchers lol. I had a moment of weakness with pizza yesterday and had 2 slices. It doesnt seem too bad but I was almost at my daily points. I went over by 8 dipping into my weekly extras. But I weighed the smoring and no gain!!!!!!!! Im thrilled. I think Im totally gonna love weight watchers. had to share because im new and happy

Just don't be upset if eventually you do see it...Sometimes it takes a few days to catch up to me on the scale...I don't see 2 pieces and using weekly points being an issue though Sometimes I use all my weeklies and still loose Congrats and keep up the great work!

That's good! For future reference, you don't always see a gain the next day. It can take up to a week to show up. You had the extra points so it should be fine.

That's one thing I do love about WW, you can have anything in moderation, just track it. Hopefully you don't see it!!!

I think I might have overate, too... It was my moms birthday and we had all you can eat sushi and i ate all i could eat LOL but the rest of the day i didnt eat anything but come cake at her house, so i should be in my daily points, though im not sure how many i should calculate for all the sushi. But i do have 37 a day.... I guess I will see on monday, my next weigh-in...

I know this feeling! I ate like crap last week, and then I ate great yesterday and I weighed both yesterday and today...and today I was higher by almost a pound. So it was like "Oh hello spinach dip! There you are!"
